Stars are bought inside Telegram, and Telegram treats those purchases as final.

About ads: we don’t post ads or sponsored posts in YLevels channels while the US market is open (9:30–16:00 ET on trading days, until 13:00 ET on early-close days). That’s our current policy, and it may change. If it does, we’ll say so in the channels first. Telegram itself can show its own sponsored messages in large public channels. Those aren’t ours, and we can switch them off only once a channel reaches the boost level Telegram requires.
