Each YLevels channel follows one stock. When its price crosses +1%, +2%, −1% or any other whole percent from the day’s opening price, the channel posts an alert.

How alerts work

Measured from today’s open, not yesterday’s close

The opening update at 9:31 ET records the day’s opening price. Until the close, the channel checks the price once a minute. Each time the price crosses a whole-percent level between one check and the next, it posts an alert card with the price and the exact change.

Levels run from −15% to +15%. Three short updates frame the day, and nothing posts on market holidays.
